Aspire is our way of saying “thank you”. It is designed to show you our appreciation by offering exclusive discounts, promotions, business investment and benefits that can be tailored to members’ individual business needs.
Aspire was first launched in 2008 and has evolved over the years to meet the ever changing and challenging demands of the independent market in the UK. Aspire is the only loyalty scheme to reward its members retrospectively. This means that we never ask for contracts to be signed or tie members into unit agreements in order to join the scheme. With Aspire you are offered many opportunities to grow your business for the future.

What are the benefits to my business?
As an Aspire member you will receive many fantastic benefits every quarter. These include considerable discounts off our complete portfolio of hearing aids, business investment and additional benefits also. For example, all Aspire members benefit from assistance with the design of any marketing items from our highly skilled in-house graphic designers and marketing team.
How does the scheme work?
Aspire is the only loyalty scheme which offers Independent Hearing Care Professionals exclusive business investment and benefits based on their retrospective sales.
We analyse your hearing aid and selected accessory sales over a three month sales period and base your Aspire status for the following quarter thereafter. The targets and sales periods are pre-defined and there are three different status and discount levels to work towards. Your status is based on the level at which you spend with us. The three status levels (Gold, Platinum & Diamond) each offer different discounts which are awarded dependent on your level of spend each quarter. In addition, for every £1 spent with us, you will receive Business Investment in return, the amount being dependent on your status level. Your business investment will be held in a “virtual business investment pot” which can be redeemed against items to support the growth and success of your business. The more you spend the greater the discount and investment. It’s as simple as that!

What about investments?
The Business Investment acquired each quarter is dependent on your status level and can be used to purchase items from our large Business Investment Solutions brochure. We can send you the brochure, it’s regularly updated as new products are released and prices change.
To redeem accumulated Business Investment, you can select from a large number of items such as marketing support, audiological or office equipment and hearing aids or selected accessories. All items can be chosen from the Business Investment Solutions brochure. You can choose to spend your business investment straight away or roll it forward each quarter to save up for something special – the choice is yours!
